Return Policy

Please inspect your product upon delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call Buzzin Mobility Customer Service at.

If EZ RIDE+ is not right for you, you may return it with the following conditions:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days from the date it was delivered, with a 15% restocking fee
  • The unit must be returned in new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories
  • Once your RMA is received back to our warehouse, refunds may take 7-10 Days to fully process. Any damages while in your possession will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise noted.
  • Your EZ Ride must be put back in its original packaging. Units not shipped back in the original packaging will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping & Handling is NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Replacement parts accessories may NOT be returned.
  • Any products received at our warehouse WITHOUT prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval, will be charged a PENALTY of $500 in ADDITION to the 15% Restocking fee and delivery charges
